Tour poster (Milwaukee, WI)
This was a challenging exploration in hand-lettering. My client (Scam Likely, indie rock band) wanted a psychedelic, yet grungy look that also could read as being lighthearted and whimsical. The deliverables were simple - A square poster, just for Instagram. Software used was Adobe Illustrator for the smaller-scale typography, and Adobe Photoshop for imagery and manipulating hand drawn elements. This was built solely on self-teaching and personal exploration. I have since discovered easier and higher quality methods!
Subterranean venue poster (Chicago, IL)

Getting experimental with bitmap textures. This was used for promotional purposes. The deliverable was simply a square promotional flier for Instagram. Software used was Adobe Illustrator for the type, and Adobe Photoshop for the imagery. I found all effects used through pure experimentation. This was my first time using purely digital elements on one piece - a leap beyond my usual style.
